Position: Customer Support Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage DayTwo Israel and US Customer Support via tickets, emails, phone calls and chat
  • Develop and improve support procedures, tools and service on an on-going basis
  • Provide pre-sale support for potential customers
  • Manage a team of nutritionists to provide nutritional consultation based on DayTwo recommendations
  • Ongoing enhancements of the customer support knowledge base for future resolution of ticket issues

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in managing support and operations in Israel and US
  • Availability for intensive work hours

  • Fluent in English

Position: Dietitian and Support Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Consult customers wishing to build a diet based on DayTwo food recommendations
  • Provide DayTwo support for customers in Israel and US approaching our company by email, phone and chat
  • Resolve customers’ operational issues regarding DayTwo product, service, payments etc.
  • Take part in developing the customer support knowledge base and nutritional support scenarios

Skills & Requirements

  • Dietitian degree and experience
  • Availability for intensive work hours including shifts

  • High communication skills
  • English – native speaker
